Cassie Evan’s Macro Algae Lab

A former student of NSU’s Nutrition Department within the college of Kiran C. Patel School of Osteopathic Medicine.
For her master’s thesis, Cassie studied Gracilaria tikvahiae’s benefecial properties, its potential use in nutrition and human health.
